Come join us as we practice gentle yoga with some of the rehab'ing residence. All the proceeds go to the center. Bring a mat and your curiosity. No yoga experience necessary.

We are delighted to offer an opportunity to be in community and practice self care. With all that’s going on “out there”,  it’s important to check in with one another and ourselves so we can take care of what’s going on inside of us. We invite you to join us to allow the sounds and vibrations of our drums, rattles, singing bowls, and chimes, to wash over you releasing tension and preparing your entire being to enter into a relaxed full-body experience as I lead us in a Yoga Nidra practice. The Nidra practice will soften our tight places, help us release things we didn’t know we needed to release, and bring us to the relaxed state where mind, body, spirit can rest in a state of balance and rejuvenate itself.

The sounds, vibrations, and practice provide an excellent tonic for all.

 

​What to bring…
A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
A pillow to support your head
Something to put under your knees to support your lower back: extra pillow, bolster, etc.
Blanket to cover yourself
Eye covering suggested but is optional
